Toner Magic Blue 300ml

Tressico Magic Blue Toner is a dye that neutralizes shades  of yellow, causing the platinum blond effect. With the aid of the  active ingredients Lumini System, Conocut Lipids, and Pro Vitamin  B5, Magic Blue brightens, nourishes and moisturizes your hair.

HOW TO USE: After washing the hair, remove the excess water and apply the mask on the hair, and massage it for 1 minute, covering strand by strand. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use gloves.

For best results hair have to be highlihted up to 8-10 level.
